At LueurPure, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our premium beauty products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is here to assist you.

Return Policy

Our policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error.
  • Gift cards.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team through the contact form on our website. You will need to provide your order number and proof of purchase.

Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us through our website’s contact form.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
